The Financial Aid Application for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Blocs Program for the 25/26 school year is now open! The application will determine your family's qualification to receive EITC/OSTC financial aid through the Archdiocese. The Priority Deadline to apply is December 31, 2024.
The income guidelines for the 25/26 school year are:
1 child: $132,123
2 children: $151,898
3 children: $171,673
Add $19,775 per additional dependent
To apply for financial aid, please go to the Facts Grant and Aid website - factsmgmt.com. From there, you will go to Family Login, then Payment Plans/Financial Aid. If you are a first time applicant, please select "register" and then search by zip code 19128 to find Immaculate Heart of Mary School. Please be sure to insert the grade your child will be attending in September, 2025. If you are a returning applicant, you should be able to login as a returning user. You can also submit your 2023 tax return instead of waiting to submit your taxes for 2024.
Please keep in mind that in order to be eligible for financial aid, you must submit a Facts application each year.
Financial aid determinations are received from the Archdiocese in early June. Once we receive this determination, financial aid is awarded to our families based upon an amount determined by the Archdiocese. We receive a list of family rankings and the financial aid is allocated based on this list.
