Next, your family and your student will be scheduled for a meeting with our principal, Mr. Patrick Foley. Your child will be required to attend this meeting. Your student will also be scheduled for a Shadow Day.
After the family meeting, Shadow Day, and review of your student's file by our admissions team, a decision will be made with regard to your student's transfer admission to Immaculate Heart of Mary School for the 2023/24 school year.
Once an admissions decision is made, our $350.00 non-refundable registration fee is due to guarantee your child's seat for the 2023/24 school year. This $350.00 non-refundable registration fee is per family.
Your child will also be tested in the Spring of 2023 to make sure he/she is on par for the grade he/she will enter in September, 2023.
Please email Mrs. Kovach at [email protected] with any questions with regard to our transfer student admissions process.
